-GOW- Recruit = Are recruits for the -GOW- clan and their first rank.
When they have proven they outstand all orders and better performers they could get promoted into a new rank that follows up.
Right now all new members that join our recruits after that the clan leader decide what they are going to be or when they do have a higher rank they can also be de-promoted into older ranks.
