As like ATS (American Truck Simulator), Right now ETS2 has got it’s update too with the 1.41 patch.
I will not go into detail on what has been added or changed as it is mostly like ATS the only thing is that they added the long road into the Iberia DLC namely the Autoestrada A24.
So not much has been changed to the maps or heavily added to other maps just a road to connect some other roads.
And of course the multiplayer has been added.
One more thing if you use mods in the game please check if they have been updated to the latest version as the game may crash so be aware on that part.
